Grand Lake OK has many events, activities and entertainment on and off the lake. The events page contains current events as well as links to other sites that have additional events and activities.  The Grand Lake area in northeast Oklahoma  includes   Afton , Monkey Island ,  Bernice , Miami , Wyandotte , Fairland, Vinita, Cleora, Ketchum, Langley, Disney, Tia Juana, Jay and Grove OK.

A myriad of colorful fireworks will be launched to into the night sky. In a blaze of light and sound, spectators will enjoy a carefully-orchestrated display. Additional activities, food, and beverages will be available from festival vendors.

Grove Firefighters will once again serve FREE Watermelon, plus they will be shooting the Fireworks Display this year!  
FREE VIP Shuttles OPEN TO THE PUBLIC to and from Wolf Creek.

Fourth of July festivities are not too hard to  find on Grand Lake of the Cherokees, but at the Nature Center we take the fun of outdoors 
and we shake it up! Ice cream isn't just ice cream, it's ice cream in a bag shaken by YOU. Come on out and see what other fun outdoor things we 
can shake up on this holiday!

War Birds will be available for public viewing at the airport prior to The Duck Creek Fly Over and Firework Show. $5 per car entry donation. Donations apply to paving airport entry road. In addition to the fireworks, there will be great music and lots of fun activities for the kids.   If you are not watching on Grand, then parking will be at Shangri-La Hotel, Eddy’s Lakeside Bar and Shangri-La Marina. The ‘Grand Lawn’ in front of the Shangri-La Hotel should be a great spot, so bring your lawnchair and enjoy!
