Our thrifty Nifty Shoppe is operated by the Woman's Auxiliary Association of Monkey Island (waami) as one of our support systems for the Monkey Island Community / Senior Center. Hours Thursday - Saturday 10am - 4pm All donations are tax deductable for more info, or to make a donation, please contact the Shoppe Manager Colleen Mason 918-791-1398

Our organization was formed in 1989 to support the Monkey Island Fire Department, which is now tax supported. So, we re-organized, became a non-profit and made a goal to create and maintain a Community/Senior Center for Monkey Island and the Grand Lake area. Please join us and become part of something to help keep our area strong, active and vital. We are planning many activities for our center! Come by out shoppe to get info, or come to our meetings the first Monday of each month unless it's a holiday, at 6:30 pm in the Community Center. All lake area woman are welcome to come
